Error description

• Run the automated validation tests using the scripts in the
  Rhapsody\Share\LangCpp\Validation\oxf\CoreAPI\Tests\AllTests
  folder.
  
  Confirmed using Windows 7 64bit and VS2010.

  A number of the validation tests crash on Windows and

Problem conclusion

• Test 5 was fixed in version 8.0.3. Tests 19 and 21 are
  designed to demonstrate race conditions without a guard.
  Therefore, sometimes they will result in a crash.
