Error description
Prior to 19.0.2, when you edited a cell with a very small value (typically < 0.000001), we would display the value in scientific notation (1E-8 in this case). Now we just show ".000000". If you change the format of the cell to show more decimals, the displayed value is correct, but it still shows all zeros when you edit it.
