    Description of problem:
    
    On certain circumstances, the Design Management server
    repeatedly displays this error in the logs:

    The error is repeated almost every second and potentially leads
    to some unexpected behaviors.

    Exceptions were be logged frequently, possibly related to
    pending import requests during a shutdown of the server.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Made a change to ensure a certain property is always
    available before cancelling a service. This defect has been
    fixed in our Rational Software Architect Extension for
    Design Management 4.0.2 release.
