   When you generate a Java programs that use remoteComType=TCPIP
  in the linkage and try to connect to the server the network
  usage increase significantly

Local fix

Problem summary

• Calls from one generated Java program to another, with
  remoteComType=TCPIP, could perform slowly due to too much data
  being passed to/from the called program.  The problem will
  happen if an argument to the called program is a structured
  record with occurred items whose elements aren't stored
  consecutively in memory.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed by a change in the EGL Java runtime.
