  It is possible to add an empty comment in a Work Item in the
  eclipse client.
  
  How to reproduce
  Add some spaces to a comment and save the Work Item
  
  What should be:
  A comment with only spaces should not be created
  
  Use Case:
  If a work item with an empty comment gets synchronized with an
  external application like ClearQuest the synchronizer gets stack
  for this synchronization and cycles because the mapped attribute
  in CQ the notes and the comments in the RTC WI will never be the
