Error description

• When using IBM Rational ClearCase 7.1.x on Microsoft Windows to
  describe metadata objects within a Project VOB, the following
  error may occur when using the '@vobuuid:' syntax while not in a
  view context.
  
  cleartool: Error: Unable to determine absolute pathname for
  '12345678.87654321.1234.56:78:9a:bc:de:f0' - No such file or
  directory
  
  This error does not occur when CD'd into a view. Additionally,
  the error is not currently reported on ClearCase 8.0.0.x.
