  The RestServiceDelegate is invoked in the service provider
  side for a deployed rui app, then it routes to
  JaxwsReference (JAX-WS service) to invoke soap service.
  However, the JaxwsReference doesn't set the basic
  authentication for the username/password.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed RestServiceDelegate to add the basic authentication
  by setting userID and password.
