Error description

• When creating a server from a custom server template, the
  overlay ports are outside of the port range defined in the
  template after upgrading to WebSphere VE 6.1.1.5

  The component responsible for adding overlay and agent ports
  to the newly created servers was updating the ports even
  when XDStartingPort cell custom property was not specified.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes were made to update the overlay ports of newly
  created servers only when the XDStartingPort cell custom
  property is set.
  
  This fix will be included in the next available fix pack for
  WebSphere Virtual Enterprise.
