PM82382: SA 11.4.2.1 Cannot edit text position alignment

Error description

• Headline:
  Cannot edit text position alignment
  abstract:
   Attempts to change alignment but it is grayed out.
  error_description:
   In SA 11.4.2.1 build 90, the box 'Place graphic comment
  outside' is grayed out in the text position window and cannot
  edit the alignment.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Launch Rational System Architect.
  2. Create a Process symbol called 'Test' under the diagram type
  'Business Process'.
  3. Select the symbol and click on 'Format' tab -? 'Symbol
  Format' -?'Text Position'.
  4. Toggle on the option called 'place name outside' to view the
  name 'Test' outside the symbol.
  5. To view the name 'Test' back inside the symbol, click on
  'Format' -? 'Symbol Format'-? 'Text Position'
  6. Try to toggle off the option 'place name outside'. The box
  gets grayed out.
  
  Workaround:
  
  Once the option ?place name outside? got grayed out, reclick the
  option to toggle it off completely and one is able to complete
  it successfully after which the symbol name also came back
  inside the symbol.

Problem conclusion

• The tri-state flag should be disabled when only 1 symbol is
  selected.
