Error description

  • You are making a very large webservice request. The generated
    SOAP XML gets truncated when placed in the request buffer by
    DFHPITQ1 due to a single MVCL being used to move this data.
    This causes any requests larger than 16Mb to be truncated.

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Soap message is truncated while CICS *
    * send Web service request via WMQ. *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    A Web Service requester is running in CICS and a large message
    (over 16M in size) is built. WMQ is being used as the transport
    so DFHPITQ1 is called to construct the WMQ message and put it
    onto the request queue. Because one MVCL instruction is used
    to move this data, WMQ message ends up being truncated.

Problem conclusion

  • DFHPITQ1 has been changed to handle soap message more than
    16MB.
