Error description

• After entering a TVIEW and RT command, a CREATE command is
  entered with Allocation Options: 2. Specify Allocation
  Attributes.  Message 'Invalid command' is then received.

  The saved command field is not cleared at the end of TVIEW
  processing.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager has been modified to correct this problem.
