PM82105: NameSpaceName' does not work on project level

• Closed as Permanent restriction.

Error description

• NameSpaceName on package level, then NameSpaceName is used in
  the package and class file.
  
  Defect: when setting a property on project level, it should work
  on all levels of the model.

  override this property localy on each package you want to
  change its default name
  

Problem conclusion

• Property DefineNameSpace is being addresses only when its
  locally overriden.
  This is designed like this in order to deal with packages
  hirarchy - imagine what will happen if this property was
  used as regular property - when you add a pakcage to a
  namespace package - you will have the same namespace name
  for parent package and son pakcage - and this is defenetly
  not what user wants.
  
  so - override this property localy on each package you want
  to change its default name
