PM81999: Show Project fails with 'No project found' after a version delimiter change in Rational Synergy

Error description

• Attempts to view a project gives 'No project found'
  error using web mode after the version delimiter has been
  changed in IBM Rational Synergy.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1.  Start Synergy Classic CLI session in ccm_admin role.
  2.  Run 'ccm delimiter' which will return the current
  delimiter. Assume here this is '~'.
  3.  Start Rational Synergy Web-Mode client for the same
  database as above Classic CLI session.
  4.  Create a new project:  'show~1'.
  5.  Close the project 'show~1'.
  6.  Navigate to:  'View'> 'Show Project' and enter: 'show~1'
  and click OK. This will display project 'show~1'
  7.  Change the current version delimiter to - in
  Classic CLI session: 'ccm delimiter -' After this you are
  prompted to 'restart your interface to use the new delimiter.
  8.  Restart Rational Synergy Web-Mode GUI.
  9.  Navigate to:  'View'> 'Show Project' and enter: 'show~1'
  and click OK.
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  'show-1' is displayed
  ACTUAL RESULT:
   You get the error 'No project found' and 'show-1' is not
  displayed.
  Additional information:
  -  Even after running 'ccmdb refresh <database_path>' a 'Show
  Project' with the new delimiter does not find the project.
  -  A 'Show Project' with the new delimiter in the Rational
  Synergy client in Traditional Mode does find the project.
  WORKAROUND:
  -  Navigate to 'Find'> 'Projects' and enter project name
  ('show' in this example) and click 'Start query' button.
  Double-click the required project instance from the list of
  returned project versions.
  -  Use Rational Synergy Traditional Mode client.

Problem conclusion

• As per design after modifying the version delimiter in
