Error description
Abstract: Attempting to use or work with JAX-RS services that are defined in the workspace fails as they do not appear in the Enterprise Explorer view or the Services view. Problem: In some cases, you may experience an issue where you have JAX-RS services defined in your workspace, but they do not appear in the Services view or as child nodes under the Services node of your project in the Enterprise Explorer view. Rational Application Developer Web service functionality looks for the JAX-RS '@Path' annotations in order to identify all the JAX-RS services in the workspace. However, there are situations where a race occurs during the search for these annotations occurs which can cause them to be temporarily ignored. This is a simple UI issue; there is no permanent harm in them being temporarily skipped. Local fix: To workaround the issue, you can either: 1) Close and then re-open the project containing the JAX-RS services or 2) Restart the product
