Error description

• System Architect REST service produces different results for the
  same REST v1 URLs that have the top level field requests in a
  different order, which results in NULL values printed in a
  report generated by Rational Publishing Engine.

  When the SA REST service received a request from RPE that
  contained complex fields (i.e. where properties were request
  from items in a reference property) the field pointer was
  not reset correctly and so subsequent simple fields that
  only wanted a property from the top level object in fact
  retrieved that property from the referenced object.
