Error description

• When customizing the operating environment for FM/DB2, the
  SCRNAME has different values on different pages in the manual.
  
  On page 107 of FM V11 Customization Guide, it shows
  SCRNAME (FMDB2), then on page 108 it show SCRNAME(FMNDB2).
  
  While an installer of FM can change this name, the names
  showing in the Customization Guide should consistently show
  "FMDB2".
