Error description

  • The StateManager.getObjectGridState() API fails repeatedly
    with the TargetNotAvailableException exception when the API is
    used during data grid startup, even after the data grid
    starts and goes online. Any use of a normal transactional
    operation from the same client fixes the
    StateManager.getObjectGridState() API call.

    ****************************************************************
    The StateManager does not correctly retrieve the full route to
    the target object grid and its domain. Using normal
    transactional operations cause the full route to be retrieved
    and can avoid the problem.

Problem conclusion

  • The StateManager implementation now retrieves a full route for
    its operations.
