Error description
DL/I POS call on 64-bit DEDB buffering system ( FPBP64 = Y ) gets S0C4 DBFMGNR1 offset c'3BE' PM08746 level on EX instruction attempting to set EPCBKFBP because we are accessing segment in buffer but are not in 64-bit mode. Flow DBFMCLX1 DBFMPOS1 DBFMGRF1DBFMGNR1. Need to switch to 64-bit mode around this move.
