APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The log out of a restricted user takes 30 - 60 seconds compared
    to 1 - 2 seconds for the log out of a normal user.
    
    When the log out button gets pressed twice or more times (as
    users start to do after some seconds) error messages pop up (see
    attached file).
    
    After quite some time the log out  succeeds.
    
    The log out of a restricted user should take no more time than
    the log out of a normal user.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.8 and 8.0.1.1.
    
    Logging out of ClearQuest Web now takes the same amount of
    time for both a restricted and a normal user.
