Error description

• In CICS Transaction Server V5.1, platforms and applications were
  introduced. These resources allow users to build a managed
  platform based on existing groups (CSYSGRPs) and systems
  (CSYSDEFs).
  
  This update includes support for the enhanced platform bundle
  XML that is produced by CICS Explorer V5.1.1.
  
  Additionally, platforms can now be flexibly extended once
  installed with the ability to add and remove regions from the
  platform region types.

  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes and MASes must be recycled  *
  *                 to pick up the new code.                     *
  *                                                              *
  *                 The restarts need not be performed at the    *
  *                 same time, however if systems are not        *
  *                 restarted at the same time, the following    *
  *                 rules apply:                                 *
  *                                                              *
  *                 -  Maintenance Point (MP) CMASes must be     *
  *                    restarted on the updated code before      *
  *                    non-MP CMASes.                            *
  *                                                              *
  *                 -  If you have more than one MP CMAS and any *
  *                    of those MP CMASes are connected directly *
  *                    or indirectly, then those MP CMASes must  *
  *                    be restarted at the same time.            *

  *                 -  Before a MAS or WUI server is restarted   *
  *                    with the updated code, the CMAS to which  *
  *                    the MAS or WUI server connects must be    *
  *                    running with the updated code.            *
