  Install New Software option causes this error message:
  (SharedProfile_bootProfile 1.0.0.1355237210400) requires
  'org.maven.ide.eclipse.wtp [0.16.0.20120914-0945]' but it could
  not be found.
  
  Problem:
  
  You selected the Maven feature when you installed Rational
  Application Developer, or you installed the products Maven
  Integration For Eclipse and Maven Integration for WTP on top of
  Rational Application Developer as an administrator
  You started the product as an user
  You installed a new plug-in and receive the error message.
