Error description

• Attempts to use a definition as a subtype of another definition
  causes missing chapters but properties are intact. They are seen
  under the last visible chapter of the definition.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Attempts to use a definition as a subtype of another definition
  causes missing chapters but properties are intact. They are seen
   under the last visible chapter of the definition.
      1. Open any BMM Desired Result and notice that there are
  many chapters like Organization, Contribution etc
          Classification, Assessment, Supporting, Organization,
  Contribution
      2. Open any MRM Outcome Defintion. Notice that the chapters
  after the Organization definition are missing. However the
  properties are still available. For example:
          Results and Contributors property which is present under
  the Contribution chapter in BMM Desired Result definition are
  seen under chapter Organization on Page 2.l
  

Problem conclusion

• All chapters and contents are as they were requested to be
