Error description

• When the initialState configuration parameter is set, the
  data grid spends a short time in the online state. The
  possible effect is that some clients will be allowed to
  connect and start transactions. Those transactions are
  immediately quiesced as the data grid changes to the preload
  state, which results in errors on the client.

• The grid now proceeds directly to the preload state.
