Error description
CLM user is able to log in a case insensitive manner, but is unable to create a lifecycle project. The problem turned out to be that RRC is calling jts/whoami to get the user information, then doing a GET on the URL that is returned. But, the URL does not contain the same capitalization as the user id for the Contributor in the repository. The URL returned from jts/whomi is: https://jts.bcbsms.com:9443/jts/users/thenderson The user id in the repository is: THenderson The service being called is com.ibm.team.jfs.users.service.internal.ContributorService, which does not perform a case insensitive search, even if the repository is set up to use case insensitive log in. To recreate: 1. Setup JTS to use case insensitive log in 2. Create a user Test 3. Log in as 'test' 4. GET jts/whoami -- The user URL is returned as 'test' 5.
