  *                      Server attempts to launch a client      *

Problem conclusion

• The File Manager Server code has been updated in support of z/OS
  UNIX APAR OA41101.
  
  In order for this change to be effective, the userid for the
  File Manager Server task must be given READ permission to
  the BPX.FILEATTR.APF RACF profile. The File Manager server will
  need to be shutdown and restarted after applying this APAR fix.
