Error description

• In an encyclopedia configured for DoDAF2 and BPMN, with a custom
  USRPROPS file, not all tabs are being displayed in the advanced
  edit dialog of a System Function (DM2x).
  
  WORKAROUNDS:
  
  - Edit the user defined properties in the Property Editor.
  - In the last tab of the Advanced Editor, you notice the user
  defined properties, so they can be edited there.
