PM80942: Unable to create a report of a collection if it contains a collection inside. (70197)

Error description

• When a user links a collection inside a collection, the report
  generation fails.

  Releases prior to RRC 4.0.1 allowed collections to be added
  to other collection when it should not have been supported.
  As a result, reporting did not expect to see such a case and
  is failing. Reporting however will not be fixed since this
  case is not supported.
  

Problem conclusion

• Starting will 4.0.1, collections cannot contain other
  collections and you will not be able to save a collection in
  this state. A hotfix was provided to the customer to avoid
  this situation prior to 4.0.1, but no fix is required to the
  current releases.
