  During MADSIOT error processing, DBFMERE0 access block
  MMPB to set MMPBDEP flag to suppress error retry.
  Starting in z/OS 1.12, the block MMPB moved above the
  line.  It caused ABEND S0C4 in DBFMERE0.

  The following change has been made to correct the reported
  problem:
  
  DBFMERE0:  Code modify to check if running z/OS 1.12 or higher,
             using the EIB block interface instead of MMPB block
             to set EIBSetDep.  Media Manager treats the request
             as dependant (DEP=YES).  No futher I/O request will
             be started.
             The EIB interface provided by DFSMS Media Manager
             apar OA41237.
