Error description

• When running an IBM Rational ClearCase cleartool relocate
  command, you will see that the metadata attached to branches and
  labels is not relocated.
  
   For example, branchtypes, which have an attribute attached, and
  labeltypes and branchtypes, which have hyperlinks attached
  between them are not relocated.
