PM80664: ABEND04E RC00E20003 USING DSNREXX DURING A FETCH LOOP WITH A LOB DATATYPE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABEND04E RC00E20003 from DSNTBAP1 on a request for storage in
  the middle of a FETCH loop when using DSNREXX and one of the
  return columns is a LOB (CLOB, BLOB or DBCLOB).  DSNTZFET
  obtains subpool 78 (SP 78 SP78) key 8 storage and does not
  release the storage as it should, which eventually leads to
  an out of storage condition for this subpool / key combination.

• DSNREXX is modified to release storage.
