Error description
1. Enable managed pages on the server and create 2 or 3 VPs. 2. Set the subscriberOnly flag to true 3. Run the wcm-reset-event-log task which deletes and recreates eventlog tables thereby leaving the tables empty. 4. Now restart the server. 5. The following misleading message will seen in the logs indicating an eventlog rebuild "Validation failed. The eventlog for virtual portal instance # ... will need to be synchronized asynchronously."
