PM80533: Export definition failed for a Windows non-admin user.

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

• Export definitions to a csv file fails for the user with full
  access to the drive and folders if the user is logged into
  Windows as a normal user non-Administrator.
  
  How to reproduce:
  -----------------
  1. Log in Windows as an Administrator and create a new Windows
  account (non Administrator).
  2. Give to this user full access to folders.
  3. Restore the encyclopedia.
  4. Create the new user in SAEM and assign sysadmin server role
  and all the permission to the encyclopedia restored.
  5. Close all the applications and log off.
  6. Log in as a new user (recently created).
  7. Start System Architect, log to the server and open the
  encyclopedia.
  8. Select Dictionary/Export definitions.
  9. Select definitions, select or create a csv file in one of the
  permitted locations, select a Physical Application Component
  definition.
  11.Export.
  12.System Architect will show an error without a message or
  details and close.
  13.The export csv file is created but only contains some of the
  definitions. Running this several times, SA stop exporting at
  different point, then is not possible to identify which one is
  the error definition if any.
  14.Run Dictionary Update, Verify and Repair, start the export
  again and it will result the same.
  15.Log off from Windows and log in as Administrator, start at
  step 7.
  16.System Architect will generate the csv file complete and
  remains open.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

Problem conclusion

• The client has been informed that the issue was not reproducible
  on 11.4.2.2.  Client has agreed to close this.
