APAR status

Error description

  • After uninstalling Worklight Server, the WebSphere Application
    Server 7 configuration still contains the JDBC Providers and
    Datasources for Worklight.
    

Local fix

  • After uninstalling Worklight Server, remove the leftover JDBC
    providers and datasources, through the WAS administration
    console.

    The uninstallation does not remove the Worklight related JDBC
    providers and datasources from the WAS configuration unlike in
    WAS 8.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The code now correctly removes the JDBC Providers and Datasource
    for Worklight that it had added during installation.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fixpack 5.0.5.0.
