  The access denied exception is thrown when a container
  communicates with the primary catalog server through a
  non-primary catalog server.
  

Problem conclusion

• WebSphere eXtreme Scale code was updated to make sure the
  communication from a non-primary catalog server to the primary
  catalog server has the proper access.
