    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABENDS102 or ABENDS402 occurred in the *
    * IIUNDXRC task for loading indexes, *
    * due to an incorrect ECB for POST macro. *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    When two or more index loader (IIUNDXRC) tasks are running in
    parallel and requests to release an used data buffer are sent
    at the same time, the WAITQ queue of the buffer releaser
    (IIUTBREL) task might be corrupted. The corruption causes
    ABENDS102.

    Internally, BPQE elements containing an ECB address are chained
    in the WAITQ queue. To avoid such a corruption, a used BPQE
    element is restored as the last element of the queue, not as
    the top element.
    The following WAITQ queues are affected by this change:
    - Queue for input of the common service tasks including
      IIUTBREL
    - Queue for input of stripe merge, sort and DRF process of
      each index.
