PM80418: NO LICENSE FOUND FOR THE EXTENSION COMMAND ERROR WHEN RUNNING THE EXTENSION COMMAND SYNTAX

Error description

• You work with Statistics 21 and would like to run the EXTENSION
  command syntax. However, in Syntax editor you get a message:
  No license found for the EXTENSION command
  You thought for this command you need no special license, isn't
  it?
  
  This was reported to IBM SPSS Development and is a defect. For
  the extension command you need no special license. Currently
  this command is tethered to license option 6 which will be
  removed in IBM SPSS Statistics 21 Fixpack 1.
