  Objects are missing during Merge workspaces process in an Oracle
  encyclopedia.
  
  How to reproduce:
  -----------------
  1. Create new ORACLE encyclopedia Type = Professional)
  2. Close System Architect
  3. Open SAEM for Oracle
  4. Enable Workspace
  5. Create 2 NEW Workspaces : REF ? WORK
  6. Close SAEM for Oracle
  7. Open the encyclopedia with System Architect to check error
  message (none  expected)
  8. Open WS  WORK with System Architect to check error message
  (none expected)
  9. In  WORK, create some definitions.
  10. Use merge Workspace to merge WORK into REF.
  From the merge list, select everything.
  11. Check if everything is OK in  REF
  12. Go back to WORK and create a new definition.
  13. Use merge Workspace and select only the new definition and
  merge. There is no error message but the definition is not
  merged into REF.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  ----------
  
  1) Open Workspace named WORK
  2) Use Tools \ Collaboration \ Extract
  3) Select the option Extract across workspaces within this
  encyclopedia
  4) Select REF as the target
  5) Hit All Changes
  6) Select Use the more recent
  7) Finish
  8) Open the REF workspace, and verify the definitions are there.
  
  9) Go back to the WORK workspace
  10) Add a new definition
  11) Use Tools \ Collaboration \ Extract
  12) Select the option Extract across workspaces within this
  encyclopedia
  13) Select REF as the target
  14) Hit Selected Changes
  15) Select the newly created definition
  16) Hit Build
  17) Hit Finish
  18) Open the REF workspace, and verify the new definition is
  there.
