PM80378: Column Resizing Does Not Work As Specified

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Column Resizing is not working exactly as it should. There are
  three issues.
  
  1) If you wrap a column with lots of text, it is chopped down to
  2 or 3 lines of text, then cut off. The row should expand.
  
  2) If you unwrap a column for single-line viewing, there is a
  blank line underneath.
  
  3) Short and one-line words don't wrap at all.
