  Relationship removed and no left data on SA.
  
  Actual Results
  Relationship still on SA view and present on SA report after
  deletion.

  High - Client cannot use SA workspace normally.

  STEPS to REPRODUCE
  1 Create a Workspace enabled encyclopedia.
  2 Add the following in the USRPROPS
  
  RENAME DEFINITION 'User 140' TO 'Test1'
  RENAME DEFINITION 'User 141' TO 'Test2'
  
  DEFINITION 'Test1'
  { PROPERTY 'TEST2' { EDIT LISTOF 'TEST2' } }
  
  DEFINITION 'Test2'
  { }
  
  3 Create a Test1 definition instance
  4 Create a Test2 definition instance
  5 Open Test1 definition and add relationship to Test2 in the
  reference property
  6 Click OK
  7 Open the Test1 Definition, then remove the relationship to
  Test2
  8 Expand the Test1 node in the SA Browser, the Test2 still under
  Test1
  9 Create a report through Test1 uses Test2 , the report still
  shows that Test1 uses Test2
