PM80213: FILE MANAGER EDIT RECEIVES DSNT408I SQLCODE = -4700 WHEN MIGRATING FROM DB2 V9(NFM) TO DB2 V10(CM9)

Error description

• Site upgraded from DB2 V9 (NFM) to DB2 V10 (CM9). When trying
  to Edit one of the columns (of type TIMESTAMP) in a table, the
  following messages are seen:

  1.The SQL statement used to validate the timestamp requires DB2
  V10 (NFM), and is invalid when the target DB2 system is at DB2
  V10 (CM9).
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager DB2 component has been changed to correct the
  problems.
