Error description

• Dependent listbox set as CCM_HIDDEN prevents other dependent
  listbox from same parent to get dependent listbox values.
  
  To reproduce:
  -Create a new lifecycle from scratch (not from the dev_process)
  -Create a new attribute called 'request_type'.
  -Create 2 other new attributes A and B, both with 'request_type'
  as parent.
  
  -Create a state called 'entered' and a transition
  'STARTHERE2entered'.
  -Add the 3 new attributes on the Transition STARTHERE2entered
  dialog as followed:
  Attribute 'request_type' as CCM_LISTBOX and Required in the
  Transition dialog.
  Attribute A as CCM_LISTBOX and Required in the Transition
  dialog.
  Attribute B as CCM_HIDDEN and Optional in the Transition dialog.
  
  -Create and install the CR package
  -Define the listbox values for these 3 new attributes with
  dependent values.
  
  Results:
  -As User, login into Change and go in the Transition dialog. You
  can set the value of the 'request_type' attribute. But when this
  value is set, no value is proposed for the attribute A.
  
  -If you set the attribute B as CCM_LISTBOX instead of CCM_HIDDEN
  in the lifecycle in the Transition STARTHERE2entered dialog,
  then the values of the listbox A are correctly proposed in the
  Transition dialog, and depend on the value of the 'request_type'
  value selected.
