  Abstract: Attempts to use the Rhapsody Java API Call
  'getFlows()' does not result all the flows.
  
  Problem: When trying to use the Rhapsody Java API Call
  'getFlows()' to get the flows (say in a package), it is expected
  to return the flows contained in the package. However, the API
  call returns only certain flows. It does not return the flows
  between objects.
