PM80012: "AVAILABLE ENTRIES" IS BLANK WHEN ADDING A USER IN COGNOS 10.1 EXPRESS MANAGER

Error description

  • When adding a user in Cognos Express Manager, the "Available
    Entries" pane is blank. There are no Roles or Groups that
    appear. Users cannot be added?because of this and the error "The
    user was not saved A role for the user has not been selected"
    appears.??Also, when editing a current user, the "Available
    Entries" is now blank, and if you Remove a "Selected Entry" it
    is just deleted and not moved back to "Available Entries".
