PM79949: NAVIGATOR CONFIGURED WITH A PORTAL PAGE AS THE START AREA FAILS TO RENDER ANONYMOUSLY

Error description

• Navigator component fails to render anonymously when:
  - the start area is configured to use a portal page (from the
  Portal Site library)
  - and the result design field is set to obtain either the
  title and/or the name of the resulting portal pages items (eg:
  using a placeholder tag)
  
  The following errors may be seen when tracing is enabled:
  Exception: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
  Using global scope (no user) and ISOLATED isolation mode - not
  allowed. Will continue rendering.
