Error description

• Users may be unable to create or edit artifacts after refreshing
  the page using Internet Explorer 9.

  Due to changes in the way IE9 stores information in the DOM,
  the browser specific code that had been introduced to locate
  that information was no longer able to retrieve that
  information. As a result, errors resulted that would prevent
  the creation or editing of artifacts when using IE9 as the
  browser.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in the Rational Requirements
  Composer 4.0.0.2 release. The fix will also be available in
  the 4.0.2 release.
