• User may receive the following error message when attempting to
  view artifacts after clicking the refresh button using Internet
  Explorer 9:
  
  'The artifact creation form cannot be loaded

  Unable to get value of the property 'length': object is null or
  undefined'

  Due to changes in the way IE9 stores information in the DOM,
  the browser specific code that had been introduced to locate
  that information was no longer able to retrieve that
  information. As a result, errors resulted that would prevent
  the displaying of artifacts when using IE9 as the browser.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in the Rational Requirements
  Composer 4.0.0.2 release. This fix is already available in
  the 4.0.1 release.
