Error description

• Attempting to insert an artifact in a sketch results in a link
  created but the artifact is not added to the sketch.  This
  problem can be observed when the user logs in to Jazz Team
  Server (ie - jts/admin) first, and then logging in to
  Requirements Composer.

  Due to a change in the way single sign-on is handled, if a
  user logs into Jazz Team Server then navigates to
  Requirements Management, not all of the cookies required for
  editing embedded artifacts using the browser add-on will be
  present. For example, this can occur if a user logs into the
  application with the URL https://?your-JTS?/jts/admin.
  As a result, embedded artifacts and images do not get
  rendered in the graphical artifact editor even if user has
  all required permissions.
