  Client Environment Details:
  RQM 4.0.0 and then upgraded to 4.0.1
  
  When executing the OOTB RQM4.0 ETL job,  RQM log has a
  NullPointerException  error from
  ProcessWorkflowUtil.getGroupInfos(), that is part of the
  WorkflowService.
  
  The URL used to call the workflow  service is the following :
  https://<HOST>:9443/jazz/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service
  .IIntegrationService/process-info/workflowstategroup?redirect=pr
  ocess-info&fields=rdf:RDF/qm_process:ProcessInfo/qm_process:hasS
  tateGroup/qm_process:StateGroup/%28qm_process:projectArea/@rdf:r
  esource|@rdf:about|dcterms:identifier|qm_process:category%29
  
  ProcessWorkflowUtil.getGroupInfos() is called three times and
  getProjectConfigurationData(RQM_WORKFLOW_CONFIGURATION_DATA_POIN
  T)  return null and its not validated.
