Error description

  • The watchdogs processes were not able to ping kernels even
though they are on the same host. Due to ping not being
successful, watchdogs were restarting kernel processes every 7-8
minutes according to the logs. We disabled the watchdog from all
4 kernels from all 4 hosts and kernels were stable.
After this, portal JVMS with Port consolidator were
    showing on VE.

Local fix

  • Disable the watchdog process.
