• Exported query result contains Submit_Date value in
  Korean/Chinese
  
  Environments:
  CQWEB Server
  CQ 7.1.2.8 and CQ 7.1.2.9
  MS Windows 2008 R2 Ent x64 Korean/Chinese
  
  CQWEB Client PC
  IE 8 (default)
  MS Windows 7 English
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Logon to CQWEB on IE 8 from CQWEB client PC
  2. Run a query which also including Submit_Date as a column
  3. Export a query result as txt format
  4. Open a exported outcome
  5. It contains the Submit_Date value format in Korean/Chinese
  (depends on the language version of CQWEB server)
  = which should be in English since this task (export) has been
  done in IE English on English Windows.
  
  This issue was not in CQ 7.1.2.7 and prior.
  It has been introduced after 7.1.2.8 and later.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 7.1.2.10.
  
  ClearQuest Web 7.1.2.x date field values now display
  correctly in query result sets for Chinese and Korean
  locales.
